Shane Young

Shane Young is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process excellence and productivity improvement across various industries. Currently serving as a Process Excellence Principal at INPEX since October 2022, Shane previously held positions as a Principal Consultant at Sandpit Innovation and Corporate Productivity Specialist at Bechtel Corporation.
