Ross Sleight

Ross Sleight is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital strategy and advisory roles. Currently serving as Non Executive Chair at inploi since September 2016, Sleight focuses on enhancing candidate experiences in the hiring process. As an Advisor and Investor at Yodomo and One Question Event, Sleight emphasizes sustainability and corporate responsibility in business practices. At CI&T, serving in dual roles including Global Strategic Growth and Chief Strategy Officer for EMEA, Sleight contributes to digital transformation efforts across diverse enterprises. Previously, Sleight held the position of Chief Strategy Officer at Somo Global and worked with several organizations in various advisory capacities, including Molzi, Shop Direct, and Grupa Onet-RAS Polska. An alumnus of the University of York, Sleight holds a BA (Hons) in English.
