Marcin Bąk

Marcin Bąk is a skilled data consultant and engineer with extensive experience in data analytics and digital transformation. Currently working at InPost as a Data Consultant since September 2025, Marcin previously participated in the INspire program at Mercedes-Benz AG, focusing on project-based data analytics. Prior to that, Marcin held the position of Senior Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company and completed a Data Science Trainee role at Cardabel, where Marcin developed tools for unsupervised learning methods. Marcin's experience also includes an aerodynamics placement at Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team, internships at the German Aerospace Center and Leonardo Helicopters, and contributions to Cambridge University Eco Racing in aerodynamics and thermal engineering. Marcin holds a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Cambridge.
