Bethan Foster

Bethan Foster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and implementation management across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Merchant Experience Manager and Implementation Manager at InPost UK since February 2021, Bethan previously worked at Just Eat Takeaway.com as Operations & Implementation Manager, where responsibilities included supporting the launch of the Practi software product. Prior roles include Operations Manager at LabTech London Limited, where key performance indicators were driven for operational effectiveness, as well as leadership positions at Hobbs London, encompassing both retail operations and store management. Bethan co-founded Thtr, a theatre company dedicated to developing new talent, and has experience in management roles at Laura Ashley and teaching young children in performing arts. Educationally, Bethan holds a BA (Hons) in Musical Theatre from the London College of Music.
