Shao Lin

Shao Lin is currently the Director of Logistics Operations at InPost UK, where Shao is responsible for the end-to-end operational quality of service and efficiency in the UK business. Prior to their current role, Shao held various positions at Uber from 2015 to 2022, including UKI Operations Lead, Northern Europe Strategy Lead, Head of UberPool Operations, and Operations Manager. Shao also worked at EY as a Strategy Senior Consultant and Finance Tax Advisor. Shao holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Cambridge and has completed additional education at Harvard Business School and Haberdashers' Boys' School.
