Michael Greer

Michael Greer has a diverse work experience in the field of photolithography and optical engineering. Michael started their career at Flight Dynamics Corp as an Optical Engineer, where they gained expertise in lens design, illumination analysis, and thin film coatings. Michael then joined HP as a Photolithography Engineer and Optical Design Engineer, where they maintained image and process quality in IC production and conducted characterization experiments. Currently, they are working at Inpria as a Lead Engineer, focusing on method development and solving metrology and analytical problems in photolithography resist materials. Michael has also worked at imec in Belgium as an Industrial Assignee.

Michael Greer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics/Optics from Ohio State University, although the exact dates of their enrollment are unknown. Michael further pursued their education at Oregon State University, receiving a Master of Science degree in Physics/Optics from 1995 to 1998.
