InProcess is the strategic innovation agency for companies and brands that want to make their business models evolve.
From devising strategy frameworks to carrying out ethnographic research, from the design of innovation to its implementation, InProcess works side by side with them to clearly impact their future results.
At InProcess, innovation is not improvised: it is designed step-by-step thanks to a solid scientific method. It always starts with understanding human beings, because today’s emerging usages contain the seeds of tomorrow’s growth and competitive advantage. InProcess Research, the research institute within the agency, leads ethnographic observations and detects the weak signals that precede tomorrow’s behavior. The InProcess Design department takes the insights derived from the observations and transforms them into innovation scenarios. These create long-lasting value and opportunities for new high impact products, services or experiences.
InProcess is a certified Research Laboratory for human sciences and engineering. It leads fundamental and applied research programs for global companies as well as start-ups, notably on mobility, the home of the future and the Internet of things.
Founded in 2002 by Christophe Rebours, InProcess operates in Europe, North-America and the Apac region. The agency also works with clients such as LVMH and PSA Peugeot-Citroën to develop long-term innovation programs.
