Inprove is a performance improvement company that helps clients implement their internal continuous improvement programs more effectively, and achieve better, more consistent and sustained results. Like others, we have a strong track record and many great references, but what sets us apart is "Incite", our software platform that facilitates your progress and fundamentally advances your CI efforts.

All improvement efforts have two primary tasks - (i) performing analysis and developing the required information, KPI’s, tracking tools, meetings structure, reports, etc., required to enable more effective day to day operations management, and, (ii) getting your team to effectively use the new information and process and be fully responsive to performance shortfalls. Most organizations can make good progress on the first task – developing better metrics and tools, etc., - but most also get frustrated with the implementation challenge - making sustained, continual progress in improving operating discipline and overall organisational “responsiveness”.

It is relatively easy to develop reporting systems and dashboards for standard performance metrics, but until now it has not been easy to get visibility to how well your team is using and responding to the new metrics. Inprove has solved this challenge with our Incite platform. In addition to having a comprehensive reporting system for any and all key metrics, our clients now have complete visibility to each site’s implementation of best practices, adoption of the new tools and checks, use of the action planning system for both creating and completing actions, and progress on controllable KPI’s.

Incite is now in use in dozens of client sites and it is making a critical contribution to the effectiveness and sustainment of their improvement activities.

Get confidence in your improvement efforts. DO BETTER, BE SURE.
