Chris Wolff

Chris Wolff is an experienced Product Portfolio Manager currently at Input Output (IOHK) since June 2023, overseeing leadership in PI planning events and enhancing product training within a Spotify/SAFe framework. Previously, Chris held various roles including Agile Coach, Scrum Master, and Agile Consultant at WolffTech, where Agile transformation was central to the consultancy. Chris's expertise also extends to significant contributions at XLR8, where support was provided to JP Morgan in Agile at Scale implementation, and at Virgin Money and Shell, focusing on Agile transformation and team coaching. Notable achievements include a 50% increase in delivery speed through innovative forecasting methods and guidance in pivotal project pivots, among multiple recognitions for excellence in Agile practices. Chris holds a degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Portsmouth.
