Mirjam Wester

Mirjam Wester is a Senior Research Manager at Input Output (IOHK), where contributions to advanced research initiatives have been made since April 2018. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Project Manager and Researcher at The University of Edinburgh, engaging in the PANORAMIX project under the EU H2020 framework from October 2016 to January 2019. Additionally, Mirjam worked as a Senior Research Linguist at CereProc Ltd. from January 2017 to March 2018 and held the position of Research Fellow at The University of Edinburgh's Centre for Speech Technology Research from January 2003 to July 2016, participating in several notable projects, including the EPSRC-funded Natural Speech Technology initiative. Earlier experience includes a Postdoctoral Researcher role at Radboud University. Mirjam holds a PhD in Speech Technology from Radboud University and an MA in Experimental Phonetics from Utrecht University.
