Niamh Ahern

Niamh Ahern is an experienced professional in technical communication and education management, currently serving as Education Manager and Lead Technical Writer at Input Output (IOHK) since December 2017. Prior to this role, Niamh worked as a Senior Technical Writer at Openet from August 2012 to June 2017, and held various positions at S1 Corporation, including Documentation Lead, Business Analyst, Documentation Project Manager, and Senior Technical Writer from September 2002 to June 2012. Earlier experience includes a role as Technical Writer/Training Consultant at Trintech from 1999 to 2002 and a Technical Writer position at Norkom Technologies in 2000. Niamh holds a BA (Hons) in Physical Education and English as well as a Graduate Diploma in Technical Communication from the University of Limerick, along with additional training from Eden Training in 2004.
