Stanislav Tkach is an experienced software engineer with a diverse background in blockchain and software development. Currently employed at Input Output (IOHK) since December 2024, Tkach has previously contributed to significant projects at Neon Labs, developing aspects of the "tracer-api" for the Neon ecosystem, and at Mintlayer, working on Bitcoin L2 solutions. Prior roles include participation in the development of the Substrate blockchain framework at Parity Technologies and leading a team at Bitfury on the Exonum blockchain framework. Tkach has also held senior engineering positions at XCDS International Ltd, eAlpha.net, oberig.com, and frog, focusing on micro-services, security software, communication tools, and speech recognition applications. Tkach holds a Specialist degree in Information Technologies of Designing from Khmelnitsky National University.
