Nigel McCowan holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from Norfolk State University and is actively transitioning into the information security field. Previously, Nigel taught mathematics and positively impacted student performance in Portsmouth Public Schools, while also serving as a Cybersecurity Engineer and Senior Compliance Subject Matter Expert in various military and defense-related roles. With experience in risk assessments, vulnerability management, and system security, Nigel is currently working as a Senior Tenable Engineer.
