Ben Hermann

Ben Hermann is a seasoned electrical professional and project manager with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various roles within the electrical industry. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at InPwr Inc. since July 2024, Ben also holds a long-term position as a Licensed Journeyman Electrician since September 2000, after completing over 8000 hours of on-the-job training and formal education through the Associated Builders and Contractors Electrical Program. Previous roles at Votaw Electric Inc. included President, Field Operations Coordinator, and Project Foreman, where Ben contributed to strategic leadership and operational excellence. Additionally, Ben served 24 years in the military, retiring from the United States Army Reserve and previously serving as an Infantryman in the United States Marine Corps. Ben Hermann's educational background includes a High School Diploma from North Side High School and technical training from the Associated Builders and Contractors.
