Shan Perera

Shan Perera is a seasoned professional in capacity and production planning, currently serving as a Senior Executive at INQUBE GLOBAL since November 2021. In this role, Shan excels in capacity budgeting and data analysis using tools like Power BI and Excel to enhance production efficiency across multiple areas. Prior to this, Shan worked at MAS Holdings as a Planning Executive, where responsibilities included developing and managing the production dye plan to meet customer delivery needs while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Shan also completed an internship at MAS Holdings and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management from the University of Peradeniya, obtained in 2019.
