Vickneswaran, known as Vicky, is a seasoned professional in process and digital excellence, holding a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. They began their career as an Industrial Engineer in the apparel industry, rapidly developing expertise in Lean methodologies and quality management. Vicky has held various roles, including Project Integration Lead at Twinery, Quality Assurance Technologist at Mast Global, and currently serves as the Global QMS Functional Lead & Quality Head at INQUBE GLOBAL. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Textile Sciences and Engineering and an MBA in Business Administration and Strategic Management, showcasing their commitment to continuous learning and innovation in operational excellence.
