Inqube is the Design, Innovation and Active wear arm of Brandix with a vision to bring next generation clothing solutions to life. The Inqube Group comprises of a manufacturing arm which overlooks manufacturing in Sri Lanka, Haiti and Cambodia, a design house in the UK and an Innovation Hub with a state of the art Maker Space in Sri Lanka. 

Inqube is a total apparel solutions provider offering end to end services from Innovation and Design to a vertical supply chain through the Brandix Group as well as multi country sourcing. Inqube manages a 9,300 member strong work force across Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Haiti and the UK.

This involves managing the various aspects of manufacturing across Sri Lanka, Haiti, and Cambodia, ensuring compliance and efficient systems, handling the supply chain, materials management, and commercializing new designs. Their goal is to optimize the entire production and delivery process while maintaining high standards of quality and innovation.

This department manages corporate operations and supports various business functions through organizational and financial oversight.

Corporate Administration

The Development and Merchandising team at INQUBE GLOBAL is responsible for driving product design, material development, and sourcing strategies to create innovative activewear solutions. This team collaborates closely with the design house, innovation hub, and manufacturing units to oversee the end-to-end development process, transforming design concepts into market-ready products while optimizing the supply chain across multiple countries.
