Currently serving as General Manager at InQuik Bridging Systems since June 2023, Richard previously held the position of General Manager - Operations at BREFNI PTY LTD from 2019 to June 2023. Richard's earlier roles include General Manager - North at Roadworx Group, where responsibility encompassed surfacing, profiling, stabilization, ITS, and civil business lines, and Director at FM Conway Ltd, overseeing a £42 million business with a workforce exceeding 250 employees.
