Jillian Corr

Jillian Corr has worked in the education industry since 1993, starting as a Fifth Grade Teacher at P.S.1 The Courtlandt School. Jillian then moved to P.S. 25 The Bilingual School, where they were a K-6 Science Teacher from 1994-1999. In 1999, they became a Senior Program Associate, Science NetLinks at AAAS. From 2002-2004, they were the Director of ArtsEdge at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Jillian then became a Third/Fourth Grade Teacher at Rock Creek International School from 2004-2005. From 2005-2012, they were a Literacy Specialist and Instructional Coach and First Grade Teacher at Lowell School. In 2012, they became a Curriculum Consultant at Education.com. From 2016-2019, they were a Freelance Writer/Curriculum Developer. Jillian is currently a Senior Learning Experience Designer at inquirED.

Jillian Corr has a Master's Degree in Elementary Education from Fordham University, a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish Literature and American Studies from Fordham University, a Maker Certificate Program from Sonoma State University, and a Digital Storytelling Facilitator Intensive from StoryCenter.
