André Evette is a researcher and engineer at INRAE, specializing in restoration ecology of riverbanks and floodplains, ecological engineering, and the management of invasive species. André's experience includes serving as a water police engineer at DDAF Moselle and DDAF 55 from 1993 to 2000. André holds a PhD in plant ecology from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 and is currently an associate professor in ecological engineering at Université Laval.
