Camille Billion

Camille Billion is currently the Secrétaire générale des groupements d'intérêt scientifique "filières agricoles" at INRAE. They previously served as Chef de pôle "Mesures incitatives" at the Service régional de l'alimentation in Centre - Val de Loire from 2017 to 2022, where they implemented regional applications of national agricultural policies. Camille also completed a PhD in Geography at Université Blaise Pascal from 2014 to 2017, focusing on the role of distribution actors in territorial food governance. Their earlier experiences include project assistance in urban agriculture at Groundwork Hudson Valley and research internships in Montreal. Camille holds a Master's degree in "Territories, Actors, Modeling" from Institut d'Auvergne and an engineering degree in Agriculture and Environment from VetAgro Sup.
