Elsa Leger

PREZODE global science officer

Elsa Leger is currently the Global Science Officer for the PREZODE Initiative and has held various positions in the field of ecology and zoonotic diseases. They have served as a Postdoctoral Research Associate and Consultant at the Royal Veterinary College, U. of London, and as a Consultant for the World Health Organization, focusing on zoonotic schistosomiasis. Elsa began their career as a Postdoctoral Researcher at CNRS, following a comprehensive education that includes a PhD in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Montpellier. Their experience encompasses scientific writing and clinical research related to ecology and host-parasite interactions.
