Emilien Jamin

Emilien Jamin is a Research Engineer and co-head of the AXIOM team at INRAE and the Plateforme MetaToul-MetaboHUB, actively engaged in managing and executing analytical projects focused on metabolomics and toxicology since 2007. Emilien specializes in method development, structural elucidation of unknown metabolites, and biomarker quantification, utilizing five mass spectrometers within the MetaboHUB-MetaToul analytical platform in Toulouse, France. Academic qualifications include a Habilitation à diriger des recherches (HDR) in mass spectrometry in toxicology from Toulouse INP, a PhD in mass spectrometry and food toxicology from Toulouse INP, a Research Master's degree in mass spectrometry from Pierre and Marie Curie University, and a Master's degree in Chemistry from Le Havre Normandy University.
