Frederic Revers is a researcher at INRAE, having been recruited in 1997 after completing a PhD in plant virology at the Université de Bordeaux. With over 15 years of experience in molecular interactions between plants and viruses, Frederic shifted focus in 2014 to biodiversity conservation, completing a master's in ecology in 2015. Since 2016, they have been developing interdisciplinary research projects aimed at understanding the relationships between biodiversity and environmental factors within diverse socio-ecosystems. As of January 1, 2019, Frederic has served as the head of the "Ecology and Genetics of Conservation and Restoration" team.
