Laure Berling

Laure Berling graduated with a Master's degree in Food Policies from the European School of Political and Social Sciences (ESPOL) in 2019. They served as an assistant to French teachers at Erzbischöfliches Irmgardis-gymnasium Köln in 2015 and completed a staff internship at the European Parliament in the same year, where they assisted with various administrative tasks and event organization. From 2019 to 2020, Laure interned as a Climate Mitigation Analyst at the FAO, focusing on greenhouse gas appraisals. Currently, they work as a research engineer at INRAE, managing the SWITCH project aimed at transforming European food systems for sustainable dietary behaviors.
