Marion Bardy has extensive experience in environmental research and policy development, having held various significant positions within governmental and research institutions. From January 2008 to August 2011, Marion served as Chargée de mission recherche at the Ministère de l'Écologie, du Développement durable et de l’Énergie, focusing on environmental research programs related to soils, pesticides, biodiversity, and agriculture. Marion then progressed to leadership roles at the Ministère de l'Agriculture et de l'Alimentation and the Ministère de l'Agriculture et de la Souveraineté alimentaire, including Adjointe à la sous-directrice de la recherche, de l’innovation et des coopérations internationales and Chef du bureau de la recherche et de l’innovation. After a tenure as Directrice de l'unité InfoSol at the Institut National de Recherche Agronomique (INRA), Marion is currently serving as Directrice de l'appui aux politiques publiques at INRAE since September 2023. Academically, Marion boasts a strong background with degrees from prestigious institutions such as AgroParisTech and Ecole polytechnique, culminating in a Doctorat from Université Pierre et Marie Curie.
