Mathieu Schwartz is a research scientist at INRAE since 2019, specializing in biochemistry, structural biology, and food sciences. From 2015 to 2019, Mathieu served as a lecturer at IUT Nancy-Brabois, teaching practical classes in food chemistry and biochemistry. Mathieu obtained a PhD in Structural Biology from Université de Lorraine in 2018, following a Master's degree in Molecular Engineering in 2015 and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in 2013.
