Serge Kauffmann

Serge Kauffmann is a distinguished researcher with extensive experience in the fields of biology and research administration. Currently serving as President of the INRAE Centre in Colmar since March 2020, Kauffmann previously held significant positions at Inserm, including membership in CPAR and CAR, and contributed to CNRS as a researcher from 1989 to 2010 and later as Director of Research until February 2020. Additional roles include serving as chargé de mission and DAF at IGBMC and acting as the regional delegate for research and technology at the Ministère de l'Education Nationale. Kauffmann's educational background includes advanced degrees in molecular and cellular biology from the Université de Strasbourg, as well as participation in leadership seminars at IHEDN and CNRS.
