Stéphane Pesce

Stéphane Pesce is currently the Deputy Director of the Research Unit RiverLy and the Director of Research in Aquatic Microbial Ecotoxicology at INRAE, where they lead a multidisciplinary team focused on river system management and restoration. With a PhD in Microbial Ecology from Université Blaise Pascal, Stéphane has held various research and teaching positions, including a postdoctoral researcher role at Cemagref and a guest researcher position at the Ecotox Centre - EPFL. Their extensive background includes serving as a lecturer in ecotoxicology at Université Savoie Mont Blanc and contributing to research at Irstea and EFESUP.
