Donia Hamada

Donia Hamada has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Gestionnaire des Ressources Humaines at Inria since June 2017, where responsibilities include managing a portfolio of 18 research teams and overseeing recruitment and career development processes. Prior experience includes roles as Assistante Ressources Humaines at GSF, where administrative management for approximately 500 employees was handled, and as Hôtesse de caisse polyvalente at Carrefour, focusing on customer service and conflicts resolution. Educational qualifications include a Certificat de compétence in Human Resources from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and a Master 1 in Economic Engineering and Business from Université Pierre Mendès-France. Donia has also contributed to social projects aimed at improving employment for people with disabilities and has experience in various customer service and administrative roles.
