Patrick Parmantier

Patrick PARMANTIER has extensive experience in administrative and financial roles across various institutions. Since January 2020, Patrick has been serving as Secrétaire général at Inria. Prior to this position, Patrick was Directeur Adjoint-SG at IRSTEA Bordeaux from September 2014 to December 2019. Patrick's earlier roles include Directeur Administratif et Financier at the Ambassade de France en Croatie (September 2012 - August 2014) and the Ambassade de France au Japon (September 2010 - August 2012), as well as a similar role at the Institut Français d'Afrique du Sud from September 2007 to August 2010. An established career began in public service with the Ministère de l'Éducation Nationale from September 1998 to August 2007, followed by leadership positions at the Université de la Polynésie française (1996-1998) and Université Paris Nanterre (1992-1996). Patrick's professional journey includes project leadership in private enterprises from 1989 to 1992.
