Peter Sturm

Peter Sturm has an extensive background in computer science, currently serving as Directeur de Recherche and Deputy Scientific Director at Inria since 1999, after having held the position of Chargé de Recherche. Prior experience includes a role as Visiting Professor at Technical University Munich from October 2009 to March 2011 and a Research Fellow at the University of Reading between 1997 and 1999. Additionally, Peter Sturm founded and served as CEO of Peter Sturm Software from 1990 to 1997, focusing on software development and marketing for sports events. Academic qualifications include a PhD and MSc from Grenoble INP - UGA, as well as an MSc from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, with ongoing Habilitation at Grenoble INP - UGA since 2006.
