Rian Touchent

Rian Touchent is a PhD student at Inria, focused on information extraction for clinical reports using language models, under the supervision of Eric de La Clergerie. Experience includes a research internship at Inria, adapting CamemBERT for the biomedical domain, and a role as a technical consultant at PraxySanté, where Rian builds medical report summarization systems using large language models. Previous positions include a deep learning research internship at Inria, where the work involved talking face generation, a deep learning internship at Valtech focusing on image segmentation and synthesis, and co-founding the student society KASAR at ECE Paris to support students in AI initiatives. Rian holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Artificial Intelligence from Sorbonne Université, a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence from CentraleSupélec, and a Master of Engineering in Computer Software Engineering from ECE.
