Colin Field

Colin Field has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Colin started their career at Superdrug as a Store Manager, where they were responsible for managing all aspects of store operations and meeting sales targets. Colin then moved on to Holland & Barrett, initially working as an Area Sales Manager and later as a Business Project Manager. In 2017, Colin joined Holland and Barrett International as a Business Change Consultant. Colin then transitioned to inRiver, where they held several positions, including Senior Business Solutions Architect, Transformational Change Manager, Training & Enablement Manager, Director of Knowledge and Enablement, and Director of Executive Program Management Office (EPMO). Currently, Colin is serving as the Director of Global Services Operations at inRiver, where they are responsible for designing and implementing system strategies and leading cross-functional initiatives. Throughout their career, Colin has demonstrated a strong focus on delivering customer and business value and driving organizational change.
