Mary Halladay is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and digital strategy. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Customer Success at inriver since January 2025, Mary previously held leadership roles at RafterOne and World Wide Technology, where responsibilities included enhancing customer success and digital strategy initiatives. Earlier positions included Head of Digital Commerce Strategy at Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams and Director of Global Consumer Experience Strategy and Solutions at New Balance.
