Bryn Mills has extensive work experience in the engineering and technology sector. Bryn was the Vice President of Engineering at INRIX since June 2019. In this role, they led the development of the location intelligence and analysis platform and managed a global team of over 150 people. Bryn also directed development activities in INRIX Europe and oversaw operational and data science/machine learning activities for INRIX globally.

Bryn was responsible for leading key location intelligence initiatives and developing connected car data delivery systems. Bryn also ran successful EU funding project applications.

Before joining ITIS Holdings plc, Bryn Mills was the Chief Technology Officer & Board Director at Trafficlink from December 2000 to August 2011. In this role, they led technology and operations for the UK's dominant provider of travel intelligence services. Bryn played a key role in transforming the business into an innovation-led location and movement intelligence provider. Bryn architected the core location data platforms and developed data acquisition and validation methodologies.

Additionally, Bryn Mills has experience as a Writer and Producer at Thunderer! from March 2010 to August 2010. Bryn also worked as a Software and Data Manager at Fairbairn Services Ltd from December 1994 to December 2000, where they led the software-driven transformation of a geo-data capture and management company, implemented a cost-effective data capture platform, and managed key contracts.

Bryn Mills attended the University of Bristol from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. Following this, from 2006 to 2012, Bryn pursued higher education at the University of Wolverhampton. During this period, they earned a Master of Arts degree in English Literature.
