Nat Gale has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Product - Safety View at INRIX, where they lead cross-functional efforts with GM to develop and enhance their Safety View platform. Prior to that, Nat worked as the Director of Capital Projects and Operations at the City of Hartford, overseeing the city's Capital Improvement Plan.
Before joining the City of Hartford, Nat was the Southern California Office Director at Toole Design Group, where they successfully grew the office and achieved significant revenue growth. Nat also has experience working in various roles within the City of Los Angeles, including serving as the Vision Zero Program Director and the Great Streets Program Director in the Office of Mayor Eric Garcetti.
Nat's earlier experience includes internships and roles in environmental engineering, geotechnical engineering, transportation planning, and mechanical engineering, including positions at Ami Adini & Associates, Pacific Geotechnical, Sam Schwartz Engineering, Port Authority of NY & NJ, and Pratt & Whitney.
Throughout their career, Nat has demonstrated expertise in project management, program development, policy advocacy, and strategic planning. Nat has a track record of implementing innovative solutions and successfully delivering projects in the transportation and urban planning sectors.
Nat Gale earned a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and History from Columbia University. Later, Nat pursued further education at the University of Southern California and completed a Master's Degree in Urban Planning and Public Administration with a focus on the field of study in Urban Planning and Public Administration. Prior to attending Columbia University, Nat studied at Hartford Public High School.
