Todd Kell

Todd Kell is an accomplished professional in the field of transportation, currently serving as the Director of Public Sector Services at INRIX since December 2022. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Iteris, Inc., where Todd held the titles of Vice President and Associate Vice President from December 2012 to December 2022. Todd also managed a 22-state region as the Associate VP and ITS Group Manager at Atkins from April 2011 to December 2012, focusing on intelligent transportation systems for government departments. Previous roles include positions at PBS&J, VDOT, and TransCore, with a foundational education including a Master of City Planning in Transportation from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from James Madison University.
