Michael Raines

Michael Raines is currently the Program Manager at INROADS in Oakland, CA, where Michael recruits and prepares historically underrepresented youth for opportunities in entrepreneurship and C-suite corporate positions through the INROADS Leadership Academy. Previously, Michael served as the Director of Christian Education at Progressive Missionary Baptist Church, ensuring that the mission aligned with the theology. Michael also worked as a Mathematics Teacher at Oakland Unified School District, aiming to bring smiles to Oakland children in the area of mathematics. Michael holds a degree in Mathematics Education, Secondary Education and Teaching from California State University - East Bay, and has also pursued education at Tuskegee University and Merritt College.
