Stefanie Small

Stefanie Small, MBA, is a strategic program and project leader with over 10 years of experience in talent development and DEI strategy. They have held positions such as Fraud Analyst at Bank of America and Sr. Program Manager at INROADS, where they successfully revamped recruitment and operational processes. Stefanie also served as Community Engagement Manager at Future Foundation, Inc., where they effectively recruited over 200 students annually and managed substantial grant funds. Currently, they are pursuing an MBA in Project Management and Organizational Psychology at American Intercontinental University and a BS in Counseling Psychology at Oakwood University.
