Thomas Robertson has extensive experience in engineering and technical roles. At Texas A&M University, Thomas served as a Research Assistant/Programmer, designing back-end architecture for a NASA-funded application to analyze USGS satellite imagery related to Sargassum. In this role, Thomas also assisted in laboratory operations regarding wave flumes. Prior military experience includes serving as a Submarine Sonar Technician Second Class in the US Navy, where Thomas contributed to sonar equipment repairs and training junior personnel. Most recently, Thomas worked at Inrock, holding positions including Guidance Engineer, CrossView Coordinator, and Guidance Manager, overseeing pilot hole operations and developing data acquisition systems for horizontal directional drilling. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ocean and Coastal Systems Engineering from Texas A&M University Galveston Campus and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Engineering from Houston Community College.
