Anand Devendran

Anand Devendran is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in growth strategy and fintech. Currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at Inrupt since July 2025, Anand focuses on developing tools and commercialization at the intersection of AI data, commerce, and financial services, guided by the vision of co-founder/CTO Sir Tim Berners-Lee. Prior to Inrupt, Anand was the CEO and Founder of Fastlane at Bayview Asset Management, where a new consumer lending platform reached over 2 million users. Anand also held significant roles at Credit Karma, where revenue in personal loans increased fivefold, and at TJX, where credit partnerships improved gross margins. Previous experience includes a Vice Presidency at American Express, delivering exceptional business growth, and early roles at Penguin Random House and Booz Allen Hamilton. Anand holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
