Luis Pedro has a strong background in operations management. Luis is currently working as the Director of Operations at INSA, a position they have held since 2019. Prior to this, they served as the EVP of Operations Dixon at FILA - FABBRICA ITALIANA LAPIS ED AFFINI S.p.A. from 2017 to 2019, where they played a crucial role in stabilizing and driving operational results for the North American division.
