James Fields is the Founder and CEO of Concept Technology Inc., an award-winning managed IT services provider based in Nashville, TN, with experience in this role since 2003. In addition to leading Concept Technology, Fields also serves as a Director on the Board of Directors at INSBANK starting in February 2021. Previously, Fields was the Founder and President of Scout Staffing from 2013 to 2016. Educationally, Fields attended Vanderbilt University from 1991 to 1995.
