Emre Cakir

Emre Cakir has a diverse work experience in the field of artificial intelligence and speech recognition. Emre started their career as a Machine Learning Analyst at Yousician in 2016. In 2018, they worked as a Software Engineering Intern at Google. In 2019, they joined Inscripta as a Senior Speech Recognition Engineer and held this position until 2020. During their tenure, they also worked as an Artificial Intelligence Scientist at Silo AI for a short period of time. Currently, they are back at Inscripta, continuing their role as a Senior Speech Recognition Engineer from November 2020 onwards. Emre also pursued their education at Tampere University of Technology, where they worked as a Doctoral student from 2015 to 2019.

Emre Cakir has a strong educational background in the field of technology and engineering. Emre began their education journey in 2009 by pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University, which they successfully completed in 2013.

Afterwards, Emre continued their academic pursuits and enrolled at Tampere University of Technology 1965-2018, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology, with a specialization in Signal Processing. This degree spanned from 2013 to 2014, providing him with advanced knowledge and skills in the field.

Eager to expand their expertise further, Emre pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Machine Learning at Tampere University. Emre started their doctoral studies in 2015 and successfully completed them in 2019. This qualification further deepened their understanding of machine learning, enabling him to contribute to this rapidly evolving field.

Emre Cakir's education history showcases a logical progression, wherein they obtained a solid foundation in electrical and electronics engineering at the undergraduate level, followed by specialization in information technology and signal processing at the master's level. Their educational journey culminated in a PhD in machine learning, indicating their dedication to research and expertise in this area.
