Ben Ling

Ben Ling is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with a diverse background in architecture, business, and investment. As the Founder and CEO of eqUILIBRIA HOTELS since 2011, Ben has demonstrated significant leadership in the hospitality industry. In 2023, Ben became a Founding Partner at Swaen Schooling Capital, further expanding expertise in capital investment. Additionally, Ben serves as the IVC Chair and Startup Bootcamp Director at INSEAD since 2019, contributing to the education and growth of startups. Previously, Ben co-founded VINYL GROUP, which focused on architecture and construction, as well as serviced office spaces and food and beverage ventures. Ben holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD, an AADipl from Architectural Association, and a BA in Architecture from the University of Nottingham.
