Devika M. Das

Devika M. DAS is an accomplished leadership and executive presence coach with extensive experience in coaching, consulting, and advisory roles. Currently serving as an Advisory Council Member at Harvard Business Review since September 2022, Devika contributes insights on leadership and management. As a member of the Forbes Coaches Council since October 2020, Devika is recognized amongst senior-level executives in the coaching industry. Devika has been the Global Leadership Coach at CORE Executive Presence since October 2013, establishing The Soul Soup in Hong Kong and China to assist senior leaders. Additionally, Devika has been a Learning Coach for online programs at INSEAD, coaching hundreds of executives globally. Devika’s earlier role as a Senior Consultant at Simitri Group International from August 2006 to May 2013 involved leading business development efforts in the APAC region. Devika holds a Master's degree in Coaching and Consulting for Change from INSEAD and has further qualifications in gender diversity and international etiquette.
