Luca Dotti, CFA, is a real estate entrepreneur and the Founder and Managing Director of HOMA, a portfolio of rental apartment properties and co-living spaces across Thailand. Currently, Luca serves as a member of the Urban Land Institute’s Asia Pacific Product Councils, focusing on housing and technology innovation. Previously, they worked as an Investment Manager at Valeur, contributing to the firm’s growth into a multi-billion AUM organization. Luca holds an MBA from INSEAD, where they co-founded the Fintech Club and served as VP of the Private Equity Club.
