Rika Chen currently serves as the Director of Education and Industry Engagement at GHY Culture and Media Group since March 2025. With a long-standing association with China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) as an Advisor for the Singapore Chapter since July 2011, Rika also works as an External Researcher at INSEAD from January 2011. Previous roles include Director of Content Development and Capability Development at HLST Media from July 2019 to 2025, and Assistant Director for the "Customer-Centric" Initiative at PT Taidy International from June 2017 to 2019. Rika's academic background includes a Research Fellow position at Singapore Management University from September 2011 to May 2017 and a Research Associate role at CEIBS from July 2007 to 2011. Rika holds a Bachelor Degree of Financial Management from Zhejiang Normal University, a Master of Management Science in Social Security from Tongji University, and is currently pursuing the CSISG Methodology and Capabilities Program at Singapore Management University.
