As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Still Point Consulting, Simon focuses on leadership coaching and team dynamics to facilitate change in complex environments. With experience as an Executive Coach for INSEAD and in various leadership development roles at Standard Chartered Bank, Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, and other organizations, Simon has a comprehensive background in guiding leaders and teams through transformative business and cultural changes.
